Gratuity

At Tahona, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. To support our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience, a 20% service charge is automatically added to all checks.

Corkage Policy

  • $46 corkage fee per 750ml bottle

  • Bottles larger than 750ml: $92 per bottle

  • Outside beverages may only be consumed with the purchase of food

Cake & Dessert Policy

  • Parties of 6 or fewer: $30 per cake/dessert

  • Parties of 7 or more: $40 per cake/dessert

Dress Code

Our dress code is casual.

Guests must wear:

  • A cover-up over swimwear

  • Fully dry swimwear

  • Shirts at all times

  • Footwear at all times

Reservations

Tahona does not accept standard dining reservations.

Reservations are available exclusively through our private event packages.

Waitlist Policy

We offer a same-day waitlist for guests when all seating is occupied. To join the waitlist, guests must check in directly with our host team at Tahona. Please note that waitlist availability and timing vary daily based on guest volume and table turnover.

Because wait times can change throughout service, we are unable to provide estimated seating times. Once your table becomes available, you will be contacted and have 10 minutes to return before the table is released to the next waiting party.

To ensure fairness for all guests, our concierge team is unable to add parties to the waitlist or provide wait time estimates by phone. All guests must be present at the host stand to be added to the list.

Pet Policy

Tahona welcomes pets in our outdoor dining areas only.

Service dogs assisting with a medical need are permitted throughout the restaurant in accordance with applicable laws.
